Using Your Insurance

Our providers at LifeSolutions Counseling are in-network with a number of insurance plans, but this varies from provider to provider. Before utilizing your insurance benefits, it is important to verify whether or not the specific provider you’re meeting with is covered under your insurance plan.

Our team of highly qualified support staff help facilitate this process by obtaining information regarding your insurance before scheduling an initial appointment with any of our providers. We will submit your claims to your primary insurance company, HMO, responsible party, or third party payer as a part of this process for clients choosing to utilize their insurance benefits.

We do our best to verify your benefits but we  encourage each client to familiarize themselves with their mental health benefits. We request that clients pay any co-pay, co-insurance and/or balance due by check or credit card at the time of service.

Please note: Our main billing department is located in Muncie. Consequently, billing requests will likely come from a ‘765’ area code.

For Clients Paying Out of Pocket

LifeSolutions Counseling Associates realizes that not everyone chooses to utilize their insurance benefits or may not have insurance benefits. We have options for clients to receive services by paying out of pocket. Please ask the front desk about these options when scheduling your first appointment.
