Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations

We understand that situations arise in which clients must cancel their appointments. Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner and in order to do so, we implement a session cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients in need of mental health services.

To ensure that each client is given the proper amount of time allotted for a therapy session and to provide the highest quality care, it is very important for each scheduled client to arrive to their appointment on time, attend appointments consistently, and provide at least 24 hours notice if needing to cancel an appointment with either the provider or the receptionist. Late cancellations or No-show appointments will be charged $75.00 for each occurrence.
