Amber Moody, MA, LMHC
Hello! My name is Amber Moody. I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have been practicing as a mental health counselor for the past 10 years. I graduated in 2012 with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University. I have vast experience of working with all different populations including people seeking help for depression, anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, LGBTQA+ issues, anger management and much more. I have experience working in a variety of fields including community based counseling, hospital, outpatient and private practice. My counseling approach is primarily based around client-centered as well as using techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), feminist and Gestalt. My clients can expect to be provided a relaxing, confidential, non-judgmental environment where they can talk about anything they need to. My clients will also be challenged and provided an open listening environment where they will be provided insight into their concerns. One of my biggest joys is seeing my clients grow and flourish.
Anda Luna, Psy. D., HSPP, CSAYC
Dr. Luna is a licensed clinical psychologist from the east coast. She earned her Doctorate in Psychology with a concentration in Children and Families from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. However, she is a generalist and values diversity. She enjoys working across diagnostic populations and ages ranges, and has done so for over 15 years.
Dr. Luna is a Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician. She has worked in pharmaceutical research, as well as served as a Clinical Director for an APA-accredited Internship Program. She has also acted as Clinical Supervisor for Master and Bachelor level mental health professionals for adult and youth-based teams at a large community mental health center in downtown Indianapolis.
Dr. Luna operates from a Cognitive Behavioral framework but integrates concepts from Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. She believes in a holistic approach. She has training in Structural Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Problem Solving Skills Training.

Asra Syed, LMFT
Asra Syed is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 11 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. After graduating from Pepperdine University, Asra worked in various settings including Substance abuse centers, Domestic Violence shelters, DCSF, Victims of Crime and Human Trafficking programs in Southern California. Asra’s experience has led her clinical focus to be Trauma and PTSD.
Asra is fluent in Spanish and Hindi with a strong focus in culturally sensitive therapy. Asra has received training in Trauma focused CBT, Solution focused therapy, Family Systems and Motivational Interviewing.
Brittany Osborn, LMHC
Brittany is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, and Certified Equine EAGALA Mental Health Professional with a Master of Science in Art therapy from Florida State University. Brittany enjoys providing individual and group therapy with teens and adults. Brittany has gained experience by working in various settings such as an eating disorder residential treatment, a crisis-stabilization and a cognitive treatment unit in a prison, a substance use clinic, an inpatient psychiatric unit, a non-profit independent living assistance program, and a medical rehabilitation hospital.
Brittany utilizes various approaches in treatment such as Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Accept, Strengths Based Therapy, Mindfulness, and Equine EAGALA Therapy. Brittany can utilize art, verbal and equine approaches to assist clients with body image concerns, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ support. Carmen is a graduate from the IU School of Social Work, where she received both her Bachelor and Master of Social Work. Carmen is currently a Licensed Social Worker working to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Carmen has experience working in the mental health field in numerous settings, including school-based, home-based, and community-based. Carmen provided individual and family therapy through her work with children, adults, and families.

Deborah Stamper, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Deborah (Deb) Stamper is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and has been involved in the care of children, adolescents and adults for more than 24 years. Deborah was a public-school teacher for 10 years prior to becoming a nurse and expanded her passion for working with families into mental health/behavioral health care. She has a Master of Arts in Education and a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana University. Her experience includes both acute inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and group / family educational focus groups. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults ages 4 -65 years old with a variety of conditions; these include symptoms of ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, trauma and mood disorders. Deborah has worked with a wide variety of cultural/ethnic backgrounds. She considers it a privilege to advocate for the importance of awareness on mental health issues within our community and sees each person as unique. As such, Deborah addresses each concern as exclusive to each individual. She enjoys the outdoors, all animals, music and spending time with family.
Delaina Plahitko, MSW, LSW
Upon graduating in 2003 from Indiana State University with her Bachelor’s in Social Work, Delaina worked for several years with families in their homes as a Medical Social Worker, followed by fifteen years working as a Counselor and Survivor Advocate with adult and child survivors of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Sex-Trafficking. While working as a Survivor Advocate in Tulsa, Delaina led statewide trainings for partnering agencies across the state of Oklahoma. Delaina also sat on many committees in Tulsa advocating for the services needed for at risk and underserved populations.
Delaina earned her Master’s in Social Work in 2019 from the University of Oklahoma before beginning her time as a Licensed Social Worker at LifeSolutions Counseling. She is currently working toward her Clinical Social Work licensure while working with children and families that are involved with the Department of Child Services, where she provides individual and family therapy. She integrates multiple evidence-based clinical approaches into her therapy depending on the needs of her clients. These include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness. Delaina is client-focused and strives to create an alliance with her clients to determine therapeutic goals and treatment tasks ultimately addressing treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Emily is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Emily received her Master’s Degree from IUPUI with a concentration in children, youth and families. Throughout her career, Emily has found her passion working with teens and adults. Emily has gained experience by working with various populations including children in foster care placements and children, teens, and adults in school-based services through a community mental health agency.
Emily uses various approaches to meet the needs of her clients including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, Strengths Based therapy, and Mindfulness. Emily specializes in treating clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, and family/relationship stressors. Emily believes that the therapeutic relationship is vital to treatment and she values connecting with her clients, meeting them where they are and working together to create goals for treatment.
Erica Paulin, LCSW
Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a Bachelor’s in Social Work from West Virginia University and a Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University. She has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings including residential treatment, school based, home based and outpatient, and has also served as a behavioral health consultant for primary care clinics. She utilizes a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. She also has advanced training in Trauma Focused CBT and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Jennifer Singer, LFMT
Jennifer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LFMT) who graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has experience working with families with open cases in the Department of Child Services, as well as foster families, divorced and blended families, and families struggling with conflict resolution. Jennifer also has experience as a school-based therapist, working with young children and teens who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, opposition, and suicidal ideation. She has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and uses strategies from Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as relationship principles developed by John Gottman.

Katie Vescelus, LCSW
Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals and families facing critical illness, disability, grief/loss, and trauma in hospital and home settings. Layla Rainbolt, MS, LMHC
Layla is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. Layla enjoys working with children of all ages, teens, adults, and families. Layla has gained experience by working in many different therapeutic settings. Layla gained knowledge and experience working with individuals experiencing serious mental illnesses while working on an inpatient psychiatric unit. Layla also has experience working in a home-based setting with families who were involved with the Department of Child Services, providing both individual and family therapy with trauma-informed care. Layla has led group therapy sessions for teenagers dealing with depression and anxiety. Layla worked in a community outpatient clinic prior to joining the outpatient team at LifeSolutions. Levi T. Laskowski, MA, LMHC
Levi is a graduate of Ball State University, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and has over ten years of experience in the mental health field. Levi has worked with a variety of clients and families throughout his career in home-based, school-based, and residential settings. Most recently, he was a lead clinician to a team of therapists in a residential facility for adolescents. Levi has experience working with complex trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, anger management issues, behavioral issues, relationships, and identity issues and has been trained in both TF-CBT and EMDR. Levi believes that our unresolved pasts are at the root of our present mental health concerns and that the past must be addressed in order to change the future.

I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have over 16 years of experience and have worked in juvenile treatment centers and Employee Assistance at a large medical/hospital system providing counseling services to employees and their families. I also have experience working in Disability Support Services at a community college.
I enjoy working with older teens and adults. I believe therapy offers us a unique opportunity to deal with the challenges we inevitably face. throughout our lives. Within each of us lies the ability for personal growth and insight.
We may find ourselves struggling with life transitions, job loss, relationships, personal issues and a great deal of uncertainty. I believe that during these times the therapy process is beneficial in finding, creating and empowering the self towards healthy, meaningful growth and change. Finding meaning and connection takes courage and determination to face difficult, often painful situations. Space therapy provides us is an opportunity for you to develop your full potential in a safe, non-threatening environment.

Mary Beth received a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from IUPUI and received a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a member of AAMFT and INMFT.

Sarah Gramke, MA, LMHC
Sarah is an outpatient therapist and clinical supervisor at LifeSolutions. She earned her bachelor of arts degrees in psychology and gerontology from Miami University of Ohio in 2011 and her master of arts degree in clinical psychology from the University of Indianapolis in 2013. Prior to her employment with LifeSolutions, Sarah worked in a variety of clinical settings, including an inpatient behavioral health unit, community mental health clinic, and college counseling center. Sarah started with LifeSolutions in 2016 as a home-based therapist before transitioning to outpatient practice, and most recently began supervising a team of home-based clinicians.
Sarah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and has specialized clinical training and experience in the areas of trauma processing, parent-child relational concerns, attachment/bonding issues, Internal Family Systems, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Theraplay. Her clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment concerns, attachment disorders, relational concerns, trauma/abuse/neglect, behavioral disorders, and ADHD. Sasha Reardon, MSW, LCSW
Sasha is a Licensed Social Worker with eight years of combined experience working with individuals of all ages. She began her social work career working with adults suffering from substance abuse and addiction in an outpatient setting in Evanston, Illinois. She also gained experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient/outpatient hospital setting in Chicago, Illinois. More recently, Sasha has been working as a home-based therapist in the state of Indiana, where she has been providing therapeutic services to children and families over the last five years. Sasha utilizes a strength-based perspective in her treatment of individuals suffering from traumas in a wide variety of areas. She strives to provide a safe, calm, and empowering environment for individuals to thrive in and meet their full potential.

Sydney is a graduate from Ball State University, where she first received her Bachelor of Social Work before earning her Master of Social Work. Sydney gained experience in individual and family therapy working with children, teens, and adults. Sydney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual and family services for teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Teresa Troxell, MSW, LCSW
Teresa is a graduate from the IU School of Social Work, where she first received her Bachelor of Social Work before earning her Master of Social Work with a focus in mental health and addiction. Teresa has gained experience providing individual and family therapy through her work with children, adults, and families that were involved with the Department of Child Services. Teresa also previously conducted individual and group therapy sessions with adults diagnosed with severe mental illnesses. Teresa is currently serving as a therapist and clinical supervisor at LifeSolutions Counseling.
